Lisa Siciliano, is currently working for a large corporation for 28 years:
As I neared my retirement I had been thinking about what my next venture/job would be, as I knew I wasn't actually ready to sit around the house in total retirement. Since I'm not a risk taker, it limited my options, however, I was asked to help finance a home, while someone else did all the work and then we would sell it for a profit, it was called a "flip", a word I was not familiar with. I thought long and hard about the money I had built in my 401k, pensions and knew I was not about to risk any of that for something that could go wrong. After really doing some homework and not out too much money upfront, I decided I would do one "flip". Well 3 houses later, approximately $25,000 in profit and a way to help pay for my daughters wedding, I was hooked and never turned back and am continuing to flip houses today. The best part is, I had no idea where to begin and that was where I put my faith in someone trustworthy to help me every step of the way, that was my true success. |
